NOTICE – Discontinuation of Fivesomes, Effective January 1, 2026

Dear Alamo City Golf Trail Community,

The Alamo City Golf Trail continues to strive to improve the golfer experience across all our facilities and uphold our mission to steward the future of public golf in San Antonio. After a careful review of needed improvements across the Trail and evaluating our current course operations, we have decided to discontinue fivesomes at all ACGT courses, seven days per week. 

This decision follows the demonstrated improvement in pace of play at Cedar Creek after implementing the exact change last year, and we are confident it will enhance the experience for golfers across the Trail.

This policy update will go into effect on January 1, 2026. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to improve the quality of play and the overall experience at our courses.
